1. Booking
How can I book?
You can see what accommodations are available and all the prices just in some minutes:
1. Click on Online Booking
2. Introduce the date of your arrival and departure
3. Indicate the number of persons
4. Choose your favorite holiday Spanish region
The results obtained are only available accommodations, so you can make your final choice and book directly from the web.
During some seasons, for a particular accommodation, there may be certain requirements like: a mininmum occupation period, a day of arrival and departure,etc
The handout of the lodging mention clearly what is what is not included in the price. For example: bed linen, towels, cleaning etc..
The "map and surroundings" section, shows you a brief sight of the lodging location.
How can I pay?
In order to make a reservation, an advanced payment in the amount of 30% of your reservation is required. The remainder is paid upon arrival, with the delivery of the keys30 days in advance before the arrival via bank transfer. The payment conditions vary by accommodation and are always given in the Accommodation description.
In some cases, the system will allow you to choose between paying by credit card bank transfer. In other cases, you will be able to pay only by bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfer payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the pre-booking and our banking data. You have 3 workable days to order to your bank the accomplishment of the transference.
After receiving the money into our account, normally within 2 working days, we will send by email the reservation form, and the receipt requested of the advanced payment and the address where you can collect the keys.
In the case of payment by credit card, the confirmation of the reserve will be done in the same day.
What happens if I have to cancel the booking?
You may cancel your reservation by sending an emailvia the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Please note that there may be penalties in the amount of reserves as of the date of entry.
As a general rule, apply the following penalties:
- 30 days before the date of arrival: 10% of the booking price.
- Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 30% of the booking price.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100%
The lodgings may have different cancellation policy. If this is the case, these cancellation policies will be applicable instead of the general cancellation rules mentioned above.
How to get the adres of your accommodation?
Once you have paid the deposit, you recieve a confimation with the adress and the contact information at the destination.
The price on the page is the final price?
Yes, with tax included and we want charge management costs. But you have to be aware that some of the accommodations do have services they arent included in the price,so you have to check the previouse pages.
